The day is coming that peoples of Africa together will take over their destiny without more expecting their future from the favours of neighbours nor generosity of friends to ensure the education and the health of his children or to take care of the management of their environment, their wealth and their culture to swear on the brightness of the future. That day is soon tomorrow, and we must build it today. Human solidarity, alone if acting with some objectivity, rigor of science and the measure of our cultural wisdom, can bring us answer to many of suffering that dehumanize our so beautiful world every day. We don’t just realise the challenges that the rushing to wealth and absolute power is facing to us, under the pretext of performing the modern civilisation; In fact, this has not only exposed the weakest to misery, making them so desperate. It has dropped fundamental values to their lowest value, dehumanizing life.

Widikum - Boffe Council
Presidential Decree No. 92/187 of 1/09/1992 created Widikum Sub Division in 1992. It is one of the five subdivisions that make up Momo Division of the North West Region. Momo Division is one of the seven divisions that make up the North West Region. The North West Region is one of the ten that make up the Republic of Cameroon.
